Detailed Problem Description

Email From Mark on 09/20/2016:

The current report has some disadvantages for EMEA : showing all global data, slow because of all the data to display, and not providing enough filter criteria to focus on what the business needs.
They are requesting the below:
- Copy the report in the EMEA folder – and make it only run on 0310, 0315, 0320, 0325.
- Add the Season in the output report.
- Add criteria in the prompt panel (cf screenshot)
- Keep criteria

Solution Analysis and Recommendation

1. Need to check if there are any filters in COPA reports.
2. Need to check if 0586 plant data is updated into the COPA reports.
3. Need update COPA reports with customer group 8 and customer group 9 fields.
4. Need to add 0310 plant in plant parameter list.
5. Need to create parameters for MRP Status and Season and apply the logic in saved data selection panel.
6. Need to validate the reports with BW BEx query.
7. Need to place the report in BI development and inform NEC for promotion after successful validation.
